Need more information or have a question about your order? Find answers to our most frequently asked questions below.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

We can help you update your billing address and delivery address for your order that has not yet been dispatched. To change your billing or delivery address contact us at help@lecateau.art

Unfortunately, we are not able to change your order once it has been placed. 

However, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at help@lecateau.art immediately after placing the order, as we might be able to cancel your order before it gets dispatched from our warehouse. If we are able to cancel your order we will let you know. Hereafter you can place a new order.

If you accidentally provided incorrect information such as an address, email address, telephone number, etc, please contact our customer service at help@lecateau.art as soon as possible, and they will do their best to help you change your information before shipping out your order. 

Has your order already been dispatched, the incorrect information can affect the delivery of your package, and you will be responsible for the additional costs that may occur.

If your order is delayed, please check the track & trace information provided by the shipping courier for any updates. The parcel may be held back due to payment of customs or missing paperwork for importing the goods.

Absolutely. Whether you need artwork for your office, showroom, or any other space, we’ve got you covered.

Simply follow the standard ordering process, and you can have your art prints delivered directly to your company address.

If you wish to receive an invoice for your company order, you can include your VAT number in the order notes during the checkout process, and we will generate a proper invoice for your records.
