Payment FAQ

Need more information or have a question about your order? Find answers to our most frequently asked questions below.

We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, MultiBanco, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

It is also possible to make the payment via a bank/wire transfer. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team at help@lecateau.art for further details.

The payment might have been declined by your bank for which there can be numerous reasons. You might have to reach out to your bank in order to solve the problem. Sometimes trying again later can also be a solution.

Alternatively, you can make the payment via PayPal or try with another payment card.

If the error you are experiencing is not payment related, please make sure to take a screen shot of the error message and get in touch with our Customer Service Team at help@lecateau.art

We will then take the necessary actions to solve the problem. 

If you paid via MultiBanco and you have not received an order confirmation, your MultiBanco payment may still be pending. Please make sure to finalize your order and approve the payment via MultiBanco as soon as possible.
